Barre Collectives classes are designed to tone and strengthen your body, giving you long lean muscles and improved posture. We have created a Teen Barre class for ages 13-16 years, all our other classes are for ages 16 years and up and are for all fitness levels. Barre exercises work to shape your whole body, working small and large muscle groups for all over body toning. We recommend 3 classes per week for best results.
